Sunlight fell into empty rooms of a little coastal village.
Drawing lines on empty walls,
reflections on ceilings that hypnotize.
Memories to surface of calm bay water.

A warm morning on the first of September.

The warmth of a late summer breeze blows through
towels, swimsuits and bedsheets,
hanging on a line still wet from the joyfulness of the day before.
Slowly drying,
leaving traces of salt behind.

And August leaves nothing left behind,
than a feeling of nostalgia.
